Submit a Bid

Our preferred method for receiving subcontractor proposals is by email in PDF format. There are a number of free programs that allow you to print from nearly any program to create a PDF file, a couple suggestions are listed at the bottom of this page. Proposals should be emailed to bidsATbauercompaniesDOTcom, with a CC to the listed Project Manager or Estimator.

Subcontractor proposals may also be emailed in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or compatible formats as well as RTF or plain text. We are unable to accept proposals sumitted in Microsoft Works format. Bids may also be faxed to 763.210.5449. Please notify the PM when submitting proposals by fax.
